Battle of the Patties
There are many places in Boston to get a good meal, but When I think of a good patty Juici Beef is the first place that comes to mind after all they are the original. Mothers comes as a close second. I hope I don’t get banned from Mothers after this. I have nothing but love for the patty game across the Caribbean, But nowhere nuh better than yard meaning Jamaica for those who don’t know. But mi live ah Boston and I’ve had patties from almost every Jamaican restaurants in Boston and hands down flames in Grove Hall has the best Jamaican beef patty. The temperature of the oven is Danm near perfect the patty is still juicy and not dry. Flavorful and nice. Not quite as flaky as only one but that’s the only place that I can say give them real competition. Shout out to the restaurant staff they have done a great job keeping the display clean and sanitary. The attitude of the staff is pleasant and very welcoming.
